摘 要:远程数据采集系统在工业中的应用已经相当广泛,它已经成为系统决策的重要依据。GSM短消息的传送模式打破了地域的限制,使远程数据采集成为可能。但目前的一些远程数据采集设备,往往只有数据采集功能,缺少远程控制能力。介绍了一种远程数据采集与控制系统,给出了系统的结构与设计方案。该系统不仅提高了远程节点传送数据的密度和效率,而且增加了对这些节点的远程实时控制能力。实际应用结果表明,该系统传送数据准确,远程控制精确,实现了企业远程监控的信息化与自动化。Data acquisition system in industry has a wide range of applications,and it has become an important basis for decision-making system.Short message transmission mode of GSM has broken the geographical constraints,and made the ability of remote data acquisition becomes true.In current days,a large numbers of remote data acquisition devices only have the ability of data acquisition but the ability of interactivity.A remote data acquisition system with better ability of interactivity is put forward along with the structure and design methods of it.The system not only improved the density and efficiency of data transmission for remote nodes,but also enhanced the real-time control ability to these nodes.The result of application indicated that the system could transmit accurate data and control remote device with accuracy.As a result,the informationization and automatization of remote data acquisition and control for enterprise is realized.
