摘　　要：情报传输是情报学研究中的重要内容和重要环节,是情报生产和使用的中间过程,是促使情报理论研究向实用成果转化的重要技术。针对当前情报传输的不安全问题,提出一种以彩色图像为载体的情报水印算法,详细地探讨了该算法及其实现过程,最后利用试验对该算法进行了论证。理论分析和仿真实验结果表明,该算法对情报的传输具有很好的安全性能。Intelligence transmission is called the most important content and vital tache in intelligence domain by people.It is an inter-mediate process between the intelligence production and the intelligence using.In view of the current insecurity of intelligence transmission,a color image as a carrier of intelligence watermarking algorithm is proposed,and a new watermarking algorithm and its implementing process are enunciated,and the experimental results are discussed and analyzed.Theoretic analysis and experimental results show that this algorithm can ensure the security in intelligence transmission.
