摘  要:济钢焦化厂新上10万t/a焦油加工系统采用了减压蒸馏工艺,并采用了高效斜孔分离塔盘,塔底直接采出中温沥青等创新技术。同原采用的常压蒸馏工艺相比,该工艺降低了焦油在加热炉的加热温度和一次汽化温度,防止焦油组分的加氢、分解和聚合,焦油组分稳定,提高了各组分的相对挥发度,不向系统中通入蒸汽,提高了分离效率,降低了能耗。The new 100 thousand tons tar per year in Jinan steel's coke plant adopted innovative technologies as negative pressure distillation, efficient inclined hole isolation tray and medium-temperature pitch exploited from the column bottom. Compared with the original ordinary pressure distillation, it lowed down the tar temperature in heating oven and first gasification temperature. It prevents the tar components from hydrogen plus, decomposing and converging. As a result, it stabilized tar components, and raised its relative volatility of every component. It did not inlet steam into the system, so improved the isolation efficiency and also cut down the energy consumption.
