两种提取法对蜂胶中黄酮类化合物含量的影响

摘  要:目的比较热提法与冷浸法所得蜂胶提取产物做成的醇制剂中黄酮含量的差异,考查蜂胶不同提取方法所得产物做成的醇制剂的稳定性。方法采用乙醇热提法和冷凝法从原始蜂胶提取粗蜂胶,并制成醇制剂,然后用紫外分光光度计检测粗蜂胶醇制剂中黄酮的含量。结果粗提物均为棕褐色的浸膏,冷浸法所得蜂胶醇制剂中黄酮类化合物降解的速度较缓慢且幅度较小,其浓度从0.225±0.020 mg/mL降到0.219±0.010mg/mL,随后基本趋于稳定。而热提法所得蜂胶醇制剂中,黄酮类化合物降解的速度较快且幅度较大,其浓度从0.318±0.120 mg/mL降到0.268±0.020 mg/mL,且继续有下降的趋势,不够稳定。结论热提法所提蜂胶中黄酮含量高于冷提法,但冷浸法所得产物的醇制剂的稳定性明显好于热提法,其制剂可适于长期保存。Objective To compare the content of flavones in the propolis extracted from the beeswax by hot or cold soak methods, and examined the stability of alcoholic preparation of flavones in propolis. Methods The hot or cold soak methods was used to extract the propolis and then alcoholic preparation was made, the flavones was assayed by ultravi- olet spectrophotometer. Results The original extracted prepolis appears brown cream, and but the flavones in the alco- holic preparation of propolis extracted by cold soak was stable than that in the hot method. The concentrations of flavones from the first week to the fourth week in the cold - soaked (0. 225 ±0.020 mg/mL, 0.219 ± 0.010 mg/mL) and the hot - soaked preparation are(0. 318 ± 0. 120 mg/mL 0.268 ± 0.020 mg/mL), respectively, and the latter also appeared decreased continually. Conclusion the concentration of flavones in the hot - soaked preparation is higher than that in cold - soaked, but the cold - soaked preparation is better stored longly.
