应用双功能彩色多普勒超声扫描仪对下肢结节性血管炎血管改变的研究

摘　　要：研究下肢结节性血管炎的血管改变，力求确立一种新的无损伤性定位诊断方法。对病理活检确诊的３０例结节性血管炎患者、２０例健康者，采用双功能彩色多普勒超声扫描仪观察其下肢血管的形态和管径。结果：下肢动脉管径和血流参数值比较差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），患者组下肢，动脉迂曲，内膜粗糙，不规则狭窄，腔内有细小的斑块，静脉血流淤滞，血栓形成。提示该方法对下肢结节性血管炎的诊断。To observe vascular changes of low leg nodular vasculitis,try to set up a new noninjury localizing diagnostic method. Observing vascular morphological and diametric changes of low leg on 30 cases with nodular vasculitis using Duples and Colour Dopplar Ulrtasound,20 normal people as controls.Results:Artery diameters and value of blood flow parameters were significantly different compared with that of normal controls(P<0.01). Roundabout artery,rough endomembrane,irnregular nerrowing,blood flow stasis,and thrombosis in vein.Conclution:Duples and Colour Dopplar Ultrasound is valuable on doagnosis,long period follow up,and to judge therapeutical effects preand posttreatment for low leg nodular vassculitis.
