摘　　要：随着社会需求的变化和发展,现代信息技术的广泛应用,图书馆的核心价值问题备受人们关注。它不仅是一个理论问题,更重要的是图书馆的社会地位问题和图书馆的健康可持续发展问题。所以,我们必须严肃对待,认真思考和研究。With the change and the development of the social necessities, and the widely application of the modern information technology, the problem of the libraries＇ core value is concerned more and more by people. This is not only a theoretical problem, but also the problem tied to the social position of the library and to the sustainable development of the library. Therefore we should think about, study and treat it seriously.
