摘　　要：开放源码软件是一种新型的软件开发模式,其代码透明,价格低廉的主要特点非常适用于经费紧张而又面临社会化、网络化需求的数字图书馆使用。但开放源码软件不是免费的。数字图书馆对开放源码软件的选择使用必须遵守以使用许可方式进行的知识产权保护制度,在《著作权法》、《专利法》等法律制度允许范围内合理降低数字图书馆运营成本。Open Source Software （OSS） is a new software developing model. It has two main characteristics that the code is transparent and it is inexpensive. It applies to digital library. OSS is not free. The development of OSS in digital library should obey intellectual property rights protection system, which includes copyright, registration, and so on.
