略谈高校图书馆书库学生馆员的管理工作

摘　　要：在高校图书馆,学生馆员被大量使用。在以往许多文章中,作者多论述学生馆员出现的意义及发挥的作用。本文另辟蹊径,根据笔者多年的工作实践,就学生馆员在图书馆书库中如何管理,具体介绍了自己的经验与心得。希望通过此文能有助于学生馆员在高校图书馆更好地发挥作用。In the university library, the student- librarian is massively used. In many former articles, the authors elaborated the significance of student - librarian appearing and the function which student - librarian displays. Different with former articles, this article gives a unique angle. According to the author＇s many years working practice, this article is mainly about how to manage student -librarian in the library stacks, specifically introducing personal experience and the attainment. I hope this article is helpful to exerting the student - librarian＇s function better in the university library.
