欠发达地区与地方高校共建共享地区性文献信息中心研究——兼论皖西文献信息中心建设的必要性与可能性

摘　　要：欠发达地区与地方高校同样面临资金不足的困境,又存在共同的文献信息需求,因而有必要和可能共建共享地区性文献信息中心。合作双方应该建立规范化的机制,共同建设、使用和管理地区性文献信息中心。共建共享的重点是地方特色的文献信息资源,共建共享成功的关键则是保障机制的建设。六安市与皖西学院有必要和可能共建共享皖西文献信息中心。The less developed regions and the local institutions of higher learning face the same difficult position in short of funds, and they have some similar needs for documents and inforrnation. So it is imperative and possible for them to co-construct and share the regional documents and information center. The two cooperating sides should set up some normative regulations to construct, use and manage the regional documents and information center jointly. The emphasis of co-constructing and sharing is the documents and information resources with local characteristics. The key of co-constructing and sharing is the construction of safe-guard system. It is imperative and possible for Lu＇an government and West Anhui University to co-construct and share West Anhui documents and information center.
