少林跌打止痛膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤102例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察少林跌打止痛膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法::所有入组病例均采用随机双盲、阳性药物对照法分为治疗组(少林跌打止痛膏)和对照组("701"跌打镇痛膏)。结果:治疗组有效率为94.51%,与对照组90%相比较差异有统计学意义。结论:少林跌打止痛膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shaolin Dieda Zhitong Plaster （SDZP） in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods： A randomized, double--blinded and drug--controlled trial was performed on 136 cases of acute ankle sprain. Patients in the treatment group were treated with SDZP and those in the control group were treated with 701 Dieda Zhentong Plaster. Results.. The effective rate was 94.51% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant. Conclusio：Shaolin Dieda Zhitong Plaster is an effective treatment for ankle sprain.
