银质针治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银质针治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的临床疗效及应用价值。方法:32例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为银质针治疗组及单纯药物治疗组,观察两组治疗后疗效。结果:银质针治疗组治疗效果明显优于单纯药物治疗组。结论:银质针治疗能够松解AS患者脊旁软组织,对改善脊柱活动功能、疲劳及疼痛症状有良好的作用效果,在临床应用中值得推广。Objective：To investigate the effect and clinical value on the silver needle acupuncture for patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods：Thirty--two patients with AS were divided into drug therapy group and silver needle acupuncture group. The curative effects were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The effect in silver needle acupuncture group is obviously better than that in drug therapy group. Conclusion：Silver needle acupuncture can loosen the soft tissues near the spine, promote the function, and alleviate fatigue and pain of the spine, which deserves more wide clinical application.
