摘 要:采用亚急性中毒的实验模型,观察三氧化二锑对小鼠肝线粒体抗氧化酶和ATP酶活性的影响。实验结果表明:每天腹腔注射40mg/kg三氧化二锑,共28天,肝线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,肝线粒体Na+K+-ATP酶及Ca-ATP酶活性分别下降33.6%和12.5%。说明锑引起肝损害的机理与其损伤肝线粒体的抗氧化能力和抑制肝线粒体Na+K+-ATP酶及Ca-ATP酶活性有关。Using a subacute toxic experimental model,the effect of antimony trioxide on Antioxidative Enzyme and ATPase activity of mitochondria in the mice was observed.After injected (i.p) with antimony trioxide 40mg/kg daily for 28 days,the results revealed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) of liver mitochondria in the antimony trioxide group was lower than the control group (P<005),compared with control group,the activity of Na +K +ATPase and Ca ATPase in liver mitochondria was respectively decreased 336% and 12 5%. The results shows that the mechanisms of antimony trioxide induced hepatic damage wag relation with the injury of Antioxidative ability and inhibition of ATPase activity in liver mitochondria.
