慢性甲基汞染毒小鼠睾丸超微结构的改变

摘　　要：雄性昆明小鼠甲基汞经口染毒３个月，透射电镜观察小鼠睾丸各级生精细胞及精子超微结构的改变。结果表明，甲基汞染毒各剂量组均有不同程度的生精细胞和精子超微结构改变。精原细胞和精母细胞表现为细胞退行性改变，细胞空泡化，核膜溶解，线粒体肿胀，出现大脂滴、异常颗粒及细胞碎片。精子细胞以空泡化和顶体改变为主，顶体非对称发育，膨出肿胀并伴有表面膜及线粒体鞘破坏。部分细胞紧密连接破坏。能谱分析未见甲基汞沉积颗粒。Male Kuenmin mice were administrated with methylmercury for 3 months and ultrastructure Changes of spermatocyst、spermatocyte and sperm in testis of mice were observed with Tramsmission Electron Microscope(TEM).Results Showed that Various ultrastruceure changes occured in all of groups treated with methylmercury.Spermatocyst and spermatocyte displayed mainly degenerative changes including large vacuoles,dissolution of nuclear membrane,swell of mitochondrial,Lipid droplets,abnormal particles and fragmented cells.Obvious changes of acrosome such as asymmetric development,swell of acrosome,destroy of surface memberane and mitochondrial shell and vacuoles were observed in spermatids.Some cell tight link were destroyed.No precipitated particle of methylmercury was found in analysis of energy spectra.
