筋骨痛消丸治疗膝关节增生性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：采用单盲法及随机分组原则对筋骨痛消丸治疗血瘀寒凝型膝关节增生性关节炎进行临床研究。试验组３５５例，总显效率为６５．３５％；对照组１０２例，总显效率为４０．２０％。两组总显效率比较，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。试验组疗效明显优于对照组（骨刺片）。试验组还有改善患者微循环和血液流变学的作用。A clinical study was performed on the treatment of hyperplastic gonarthritis by “JINGU TONGXIAO WAN” (Pills for Bone and Soft Tissue Pains) with the single blind method and random grouping principle. The experimental group included 355 cases and obtained a total markedly effective rate of 65.35 %; while the control included 102 cases and obtained a total markedly effective rate of 40.20 %. There was a significant difference (P < 0.05) in comparing the total markedly effective rates of the two groups. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group were much better than those of the control. Moreover, the medicine could also function to improve patients microcirculation and rheological indices.
