仿手法式踝关节骨折复位固定器的设计及临床应用

摘　　要：采用自制仿手法式踝关节骨折复位固定器治疗踝关节不稳定型骨折８２例，骨折复位全部达到Ｐｈｉｌｉｐｓ标准，胫距关节无脱位，下胫腓联合无分离。全部病例针道无感染，无断针，无骨折不愈合。经７１例平均１１个月随访，按青岛会议标准评定，良好率９４．４％，同手法复位小夹板固定及手术复位内固定比较，本固定器具有操作简便、创伤小、复位效果好、固定后骨折稳定、踝关节可以早期活动锻炼等优点。sing self-made manipulationimitating reductorfixator, the authors treated 82 cases of unstable ankle fracture with allfracture reductions reaching the Phillips Standards but without talotibial dislocation and distaltibiofibularsyndesmosis separation. No sty infection, no fixatingneedle fracture, and no nonunion were found in all the cases. The followup of an average of 11 months in 71 cases showed a good rate of 94.4 % and no poor cases according to the TherapeuticEffect Standards laid down in the Qingdao Symposium. Compared with other therapies, such as manual reduction and splint fixation, surgical reduction and internal fixation, etc, the device has some advantages, like simple operation, little injury, good reduction, stable fixation allowing the ankle to make early active exercises, and so on.
