摘 要:本文通过对桥式试件的应力应变数值分析,研究了控制微动疲劳失效的临界面多轴疲劳参数,提出了考虑平均应力修正的MSWT、MFS和NMSSR参数,并开发了这些参数的相应计算程序。MSWT和MFS参数的寿命预测结果基本上都位于3倍误差分散带左右,最大误差达到5倍因子;NMSSR参数预测的微动疲劳寿命基本集中在2倍误差分散带以内,预测结果令人满意。The bridge-like specimens were applied to study the muhiaxial fatigue parameters which played a crucial role in fretting fatigue, in the thesis; following were the critical plane fatigue parameters: the modified Smith-Watson-Topper (MSWT), the modified Fatemi and Socie (MFS) and the new modified shear stress rang (NMSSR). Computational procedure of life predicting was developed. The fretting fatigue life predicted by MSWT and MFS parameter laid by the three-level variable amplitude, and the maximum error approached five-level variable amplitude. The NMMSR parameter was applied to the life prediction under two-level variable amplitude, and the predicted results showed good agreement with test data.
