摘　　要：大学办学特色形成受到诸多要素的影响,其中办学理念是关键因素.通过比较西南联大与西北联大办学模式,看出办学理念对西南联大形成特色有重要的作用;据此论述了办学理念对大学管理模式、师资、人才和科研成果所起的重要作用.The formation of running school characteristics of universities is determined by a number of factors, one of which is, however, the idea of the university, the key factor. By comparing the running school patterns of the National Southwest United University and the National Northwest United University, it could be seen that the idea of running school was of great importance in forming the characteristics of the National Southwest United University, over which, the significance of running school idea in university management, teaching staff, intellectual power, scientific research was expounded.
