摘　　要：为实现城市历史街区及历史建筑的保护与更新,以双城市四野历史纪念馆及周边环境的改造为例,将历史文化保护纳入城市发展规划,从城市设计的手法和保护原则入手,提出了可再利用(PCD)的现代城市设计原则和方法,并将其应用于旧城改造的设计实践,最终实现了旧区历史文化的延续与城市发展的统一、动态的保护与现代城市功能的和谐。Aimed at protecting and updating the city historical area and historical building, taking the reconstruction of Siye historical monument and its surrounding environment in Shuangcheng city as an example, this paper brings the protection of historical culture into the urban development planning in order to implement the protection and renovation of historical districts and architectures in cities. The paper gives the recycling principles and methods of modern city design and describes its use into the practice of old city reconstruction to realize the continuation of the historical culture in old areas and the unity of development and protection and the dynamic protection as well as the harmony of the modern cities＇ functions.
