摘　　要：观察了顶体酶抑制剂（EGB）对小鼠致畸性影响、结果表明，EGB在7．5～30mg／kg剂量范围内，在妊娠小鼠致畸敏感期（6～15天），由阴道连续给药对孕鼠体重、孕鼠的生殖机能、平均胎鼠体重、身长、尾长和胎盘重均无明显影响，也未见外观、骨骼和内脏畸形。Teratogenicity was observed under the influence of acrosomal proteinase inhibitorRGB in mice. The results show that RGB administrated by vagina during teratogenetic sensitiveperiod in the range of 7. 5~ 30mg/kg for 6~ 15 days seems not to have embryo toxicity,measured by percentage of living dead and absorbed fetuses,mean fetal weight,length of body andtail,aswell as placenta weight. They were not significantly different from negative control EGBdid not also cause deformities of the felal appearances, bone and internal organs.
