摘 要:基于光热光偏转技术的基本原理,通过分析光热光偏转的时变信号,利用偏转信号的动态变化来测量固体的热扩散率,并对热扩散率相差较大的一系列材料的热学参数进行了实验研究.结果表明,该方法与传统的光热光偏转技术测量材料热扩散率方法相比,具有实验装置简单、测量方便快捷等优点.Based on the principle of the photothermal measuring the thermal diffusivity of solids by analyzing deflection technique, a new method was proposed for real-time signals of the photothermal deflection. Several materials that spaned a wide range of thermal diffusivity were studied. It was showed that, compared with the traditional photothermal deflection technique, this method had many advantages such as the experiment equipment was simpler, the measurement was more convenient and faster.
