摘 要:作者在水草生物量高峰期,对鸭绿江下游30 km区段内,有饲用价值的水生植物进行调查、采集和样品分析。测定结果表明:在采集到的6种水草中竹叶眼子菜为优势种群,单位生物量(鲜重)最高为6 131 g/m^2,占全部样本总量的61.59%;水蕴草为次优势种群,单位生物量(鲜重)最高为3716 g/m^2,占全部样本总量的24.78%。含水率以菱最低78.01%,其它几种在87%~90%之间;风干样重的粗蛋白质(%)含量以狐尾藻最高,均值为20.81±0.49;粗脂肪(%)和粗纤维(%)含量以菱最高,均值分别为5.70±0.77和15.41±0.75;粗灰分(%)和钙(%)含量以美洲苦草最高,均值分别为16.96±1.81和2.34±0.98;总磷(%)含量以狐尾藻最高,均值0.29±0.03。各种水草之间的营养素含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。几种主要水草的氟(F)含量略超过牧草氟含量标准30 mg/kg(干重)。以金鱼藻含量最高58.52±5.95 mg/kg,狐尾藻含量最低29.96±16.06 mg/kg,优势种群竹叶眼子菜氟含量38.6±13.67 mg/kg有饲用的安全性。竹叶眼子菜及其他5种水草可作为优质牧草广泛用于畜禽生产。Aquatic plants with feeding value in the 30km downstream Yalu River were investigated, collected and analyzed at the time with peak biomass of the aquatic plants. The results indicae that the dominant species is Potamogeton malaianus Miq in the six aquatic plants with maximum fresh unit biomass of 6 131 g/m^2, accounting for 61.59% of the total sample ; The sub - dominant species is Egeria densa Pianch with maximum fresh unit biomass 3 716 g/m^2, accounting for 24.78% of the total sample. Trapa bispinosa's has the minimum moisture content, 78.01% , other's ranging between 80% and 90%. The crude protein content of air-dried sample of Myriophyllum spicatuml is the maximum, 20.81 ± 0. 49% on average. The crude fat and crude fiber of Vallisneria Americana Michaux is the maximum, 16.96 ± 1.81% and 2.34 ± 0.98% on average, respectively. The content of gross phosphorus in Myriophyllum spicatuml is the maximum, 0.29±0.03 % on average. The difference of nutrient content of the aquatic plants is not significant (P 〉 0.05). Fluorin content of the major aquatic plants is slightly more than 30 mg/kg which is the standard of pasturage. Among them, the fluorin content of Ceratophyllum demensum is the highest, at 58.52 ±5.95mg/kg; that of Myriophyllum spicatuml is the lowest, at 29.96±16.06 mg/kg; and that of Potamogeton malaianus Miq, as the dominant species, is 38.6 ± 13.67 mg/kg. Consequently, Potamogeton malaianus Miq and other five aquatic plants can be widely used in animal production.
