摘 要:以丁二酸和丁二醇为原料,采用溶液与熔融结合法合成了端羟基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对PBS封端,合成了线性遥爪型纸张增强剂TDI—PBS,考察了该聚合物对纸张物理性能的增强效果。结果表明,采用浸渍法、当PBS相对分子质量为7500左右、TDI—PBS溶液质量分数为12%、熟化温度为100℃、熟化时间为60min时,TDI—PBS能将纸张的干强度提高35.46%,湿干强比达到22.93%(达到原纸干强的31.06%),耐破度增加1倍,撕裂度也有一定改善。The hydmxy-tailed hnear poly(butylene succinate)s(PBS) are synthesized by solution polymerization combined with melt polycondensation from succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol. Then the TDI terminated linear telechelic polyester prepolymers (TDI-PBS) are synthesized by toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI) and PBS using solution polycondensation. The paper strength enhancement of TDI-PBS is investigated. The results show when the molecular weight of PBS is about 7 500 with 12w% of TDI-PBS, 60 rain of reaction time and about 100~C of reaction temperature, the dry strength of paper is enhanced by 35.46 %, the ratio of wet strength and dry strength is 22.93 %, bursting strength is heightened by 1 fold, and tearing strength is also improved.
