摘 要:从废弃的植物材料中筛选出一种Cr(Ⅵ)高效吸附剂——板栗壳。研究了pH、接触时间、板栗壳用量、温度和Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附活性的影响。结果表明,板栗壳的最佳pH为2~3。在pH2时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率达99.7%。在15~35℃的温度范围内,板栗壳对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率随温度的升高面增加。30℃时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达99%。板栗壳用量对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除有明显影响。由0.2g增加到0.4g时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率从90.6%提高到99%。在较宽的铬初始浓度范围内,板栗壳对Cr(Ⅵ)有明显的去除作用。Chestnut shell was screened as a high effective adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ) from unuseful plant materials. The effects of pH, contact time, amount of chestnut shell, temperature, initial concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) on adsorption activity were studied. Results showed that the optimum pH of chestnut shell was 2 - 3. The removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ )was 99.7% when pH = 2. The removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) increased with the increase of temperature in the range from 15 ℃ to 35 ℃. The removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) reached 99% when temperature was 30℃. The amount of chestnut shell affected obviously removal of Cr ( Ⅵ ). The removal rate of Cr ( Ⅵ ) increased from 90.6% to 99% when the amout of chestnut shell increased from 0.2 g to 0.4 g. Chestnut shell had obvious removal efficiency for Cr (Ⅵ) in a wider range of initial concentrations of Cr ( Ⅵ).
