摘  要:在水源水质突然变差时,为了保证饮用水水质和水厂的经济低耗运行。以松花江水为原水,采用不同投量的粉末活性炭(PAC)来强化常规处理工艺,通过实验考察了硫酸铝(AS)、聚合氯化铝(PACl)、复合铝铁(PAF)及后2种混凝剂分别与助凝剂高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)、活化硅酸配合使用时对浊度和CODMn的去除情况。实验结果表明:(1)在进水水质相同的情况下,以浊度和CODMn为控制指标,达到同样的处理效果时,制水成本比较的结果为PAF<AS<PAC l;(2)对复合铝铁、聚合氯化铝等混凝剂的助凝作用,PPC都可以在较低的投量范围内将混凝助凝的作用得以发挥,尤其是对浊度的改善;(3)PPC助凝较活化硅酸助凝有经济技术上的优势。In order to make sure drinking water quality and water treatment plant can run in a low cost way in case of a sudden deterioration of raw water quality, the removal effects of turbidity and CODMn from Songhua River raw water with different dosages of powdered activated carbon (PAC) enhanced conventional water treatment by aluminum sulfate (AS) , polyaluminum-chloride(PAC) , polyaluminum-ferric (PAF) and the composites of both with potassium permanganate composite (PPC) and activated silicate were investigated. The experimental results show that: ( 1 ) taking turbidity and CODMn as target index, the cost of water treatment is PAF 〈 AS 〈 PAC1 under the same influent water quality ; (2) PPC can significantly play the role of enhancement of coagulation under very low dosages when combined with PAF and PACI, especially in the removal of turbidity is very obvious: (3) PPC is better than activated silicate in the asoect of economics and treatment effects.
