摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了CuCoOx/TiO2催化剂,考察了焙烧温度、反应温度、氧含量、NO浓度和空间速度对催化剂催化氧化NO性能的影响,并考察了催化剂的抗硫抗水性能。XRD、TPR和BET分析表明,350℃焙烧的催化剂具有Cu-Co2O4尖晶石结构,比表面积大,对NO的氧化效果好。在空速为5000 h-1,NO进口浓度500 mg/m3,含氧量10%的条件下,反应温度300℃时NO转化率可达79.5%,250℃时NO转化率接近50%。该催化剂具有良好的单独抗SO2、抗H2O毒化性能,H2O和SO2同时存在时很快失活。该催化剂可用于不同时含H2O和SO2的含NO气体催化氧化后再吸收处理。A series of catalysts of CuCoOx support on TiO2 were prepared for NO selective catalytic oxidaion (SCO) by impregnation. Effects of different CuCo2O4 calcination temperatures and reaction temperatures, O: and NO concentrations, space velocity on NO conversion were also investigated. It was found that the catalyst at the calcination temperature of 350 ℃ shown the highest activity. The results of XRD, TPR analysis and BET testing shown that the catalyst calcined at 350℃ has CuCo2O4spinel, and its surface area is much larger than that calcined at other temperatures. The results shown that this catalyst yielded 79.5% NO conversion at 300℃ , and nearly 50% at 250℃ when the volume fraction of feeding gas is NO 500 mg/m3, O2 10% , space velocity 5 000 h-1 In addition, only SO2 or H2O have little effects on NO oxidization, but in the presence of both SO2 and H2O, the catalyst is poisoned quickly. The CuCo2O4/TiOEcatalyst can be used for NO oxidization in the absence of either SO: or H2O.
