摘　　要：设计实现了基于IC卡的预付费售电系统。预付费售电系统由IC卡预付费电表系统和微机售电管理系统两部分组成,利用单片机和IC卡技术实现了IC卡预付费电表系统,采用Delphi开发了微机售电管理系统。基于IC卡的预付费售电系统可广泛应用于电能计量付费的相关行业。A system for selling power in advance based on IC card is developed. The system consists of two subsystems, one is prepayment electric meter with IC card system, another is computer aided management system of electricity selling. The system is designed using the single-chip technology and IC card technology, the system has been implemented using Delphi. The result of testing indicates the system can be used by the electricity metering industry widely.
