摘　　要：本文观察了宣肺解毒颗粒剂对组胺－氧化乙酰胆碱所致豚鼠“哮喘”模型的平喘作用。结果发现：宣肺解毒颗粒剂有明显的平喘作用，呈量效关系；与射麻口服液相比，大剂量宣肺解毒颗粒剂的平喘作用显著增强（P＜0．05），小剂量宣肺解毒颗粒剂与其相当。The effect of Xuanfei Jiedu granule against histamine and acethlcholine chloride asthma of guinea pigmodels was observed. The results showed that it is effective against asthrna induced by histaforne and acetylcholine chloride. Comparied with oral liquid of BelamCanda and Ephedra, the anti-asthma effect was sighfiCantiy increased in high dose (p<0. 05),while the effect of small dose was siforlar with that of oral liquid ofBelamcanda and Ephedra.
