摘 要:本文运用Myer和James提出的觉察、宣泄、引导、动员、防护等心理危机干预现场处置策略,对高校研究生心理危机干预实践工作进行总结与分析,指出:①切实高度重视研究生心理健康教育工作,将常规心理健康教育和危机干预工作深入到研究生群体中;②在危机事件发生后的72小时内,务必严格时时监控当事人的安全;③以建立自由、安全、信任、理解的关系为核心,做好与当事人之间的沟通帮助工作。This article utilizes Myer and James proposes perceived, divulges, psychological crises and so on guidance, mobilization, protection intervenes the scene handling strategy, intervenes the practice work to the university graduate student psychology crisis to carry on the summary and the analysis, pointed out:(1)Highly takes the graduate student psychologically healthy educational work practically,intervenes the convention psychologically healthy education and the crisis the work to penetrate into the graduate student community in; (2)Occurs in the after for 72 hours at the crisis event,strict at times monitors litigant's safety by all means must;(3)Take establishes the freedom, the security, the trust,the understanding relations as the core, completes with litigant's between communication help work.
