摘 要:研制的新型储氧材料载体具有高的储氧量和大的比表面积,显示出良好的抗高温老化性能。将新型的储氧材料添加到Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂中,新制备催化剂和老化催化剂在天然气汽车尾气中对甲烷的起燃温度显著地降低。当储氧材料中MnOx的质量百分数为5%时,催化剂对甲烷的起燃温度降到最低,而NOx和CO被完全消除。A novel oxygen storage component was prepared. It is proved that this new material has large surface area, high oxygen storage capacity and good performance of high - temperature - resistance. The addition of the novel oxygen storage component in the Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalysts results in the improvement of fresh and aged activities by lowering the light - off temperature for methane in natural gas engine exhausts. When 5 wt% of MnOx was added, the catalyst exhibits the lowest light - off temperature for methane, and NOx and CO are removed perfectly.
