摘　　要：本实验选择最近分离的1株鸭源新城疫病毒,采用已经发表的鸡新城疫病毒序列设计引物,应用RT-PCR技术扩增鸭源新城疫病毒的F基因,并将其克隆至载体上,然后进行了核苷酸序列、氨基酸序列测定,结果表明该分离株为新城疫强毒株。A new NDV isolate from duck was studied. We amplified its fusion protein gene by RT-PCR using the primer which got from the reported sequence of NDV in gene bank, cloned in the cartier and sequenced its nucleotide acid and amino acid. The result showed the isolate was a virulent NDV strain.
