我国学校特殊体育志愿服务的制度化建设

摘　　要：北京残奥会的成功举办提高了各界对残疾人体育的认知度,使残疾人获得平等生活的权利是全社会义不容辞的责任。分析我国学校特殊体育支持服务现状及问题,从志愿者分类注册、基地建设、激励机制以及培训方式等方面,提出特殊体育志愿服务制度化设想,为我国各级学校的特殊需要学生与健全学生共享体育运动提供基础平台。The successful holding of Beijing Paralympic Games has made people from various circles deepen the cognition of the sport for the disabled and know that it＇ s a whole-society＇ s bounden duty to let the disabled gain equal rights for life. It analyzed the present condition of the service supporting school special Physical Education in our country and the problems existed and put forward the assumption on the institutionalization of voluntary service to special Physical Education from the aspects of classified registration of volunteers, construction of base, inspirational mechanism, the modes of training etc. so as to provide the students with special needs and heahhy students in all levels of schools of our country with a basic platform for enjoying sports activities in common.
