摘　　要：４氯５氯磺酰基３硝基苯甲酸是合成新型利尿药布美他尼的关键中间体．采用“一勺烩”工艺合成该化合物，收率稳定、周期缩短、硫酸和水的用量减少．The title compound is the key material of synthesizing bumetanide——a new diuretic.Its preparation was finished in “one pot”.The yield was stable,the synthetic period was shortened and the amount of sulfuric acid and water was decreased.
