摘 要:银行保险自入驻中国以来取得了飞速发展。银行渠道的保费收入占寿险公司保费总收入的比重也逐步增大。然而,鉴于我国目前金融业仍处于分业经营阶段,金融市场有待完善,银保合作被迫止步于协议销售,缺少深层次合作的动力。加之"一对多"的销售模式使得银保市场制度不规范,高额代理手续费使得寿险公司银保渠道盈利甚微,致使银保合作步履维艰。本文基于中国未来金融业的大胆设想,从混业经营的角度出发,强调了股权渗透、资本融合在协调银保双方利益中的关键作用,并提出了种种促进双方深层次发展的对策,从而彰显银保合作的"协同效应"。Bank insurance has made rapid development since its settlementin China.
