摘　　要：随着现代经济的发展,产权这一概念被人们更广泛的提及和使用。然而对产权概念的理解却比较模糊。文章试图从制度经济学的角度出发,对产权的内涵进行理论分析,并对产权与所有权的辨证关系以及现代企业中的企业法人产权作一比较论述。With the development of modern ee＇onomie, property rights is used widely.but the conception of property rights can not he easily understood. With the understanding of the new analytical economic concepts, the auther compares the property rights and ownership, discusses about enterprise property rights.
