克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察克拉霉素对慢性鼻窦炎(不伴鼻息肉)的治疗作用。方法采用小剂量克拉霉素250 mg,1次/d,口服12周治疗慢性鼻窦炎(不伴鼻息肉)患者43例,并于治疗前后采用视觉模拟分级评分及Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分对患者疗效进行主、客观评估。结果治疗前视觉模拟分级评分平均值为(8.22±1.67),Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均值为(7.37±1.44),治疗12周后视觉模拟分级评分平均值为(3.03±1.11),Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分平均值为(3.23±1.07);两种评估法结果分别进行统计学分析,采用t检验,治疗前后差别有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分轻、中、重及正常范围评分内治疗前后侧数的变化明显,经χ2检验,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论小剂量克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎(不伴鼻息肉)疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Clarithromycin on chronic rhinosinusitis patients without rhinopolypus.Methods Thirty-three patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were were treated with a peroral small dose of 250 mg clarithromycin everyday for 12 weeks.The scores of staging system of Lund-Mackey and the visual analogue scale（VAS） were used to evaluate the curative effects.Results The average pre-treatment VAS was（8.22±1.67） while that of post-treatement was（3.03±1.11）（P〈0.01）.The pre-treatment average scores of staging system of Lund-Mackey was（7.87±1.44） while that of post-treatment was（3.23±1.07）（P〈0.01）.Paired T test and chi-square test showed that the difference between the results of pre-and post-treatment had statistical significance.Conclusion Clarithromycin has good curative effect on chronic rhinosinusitis without rhinopolypus.
