白英对A2780人卵巢癌细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨白英的抗肿瘤作用。方法:以MTT法、生长曲线法、集落形成法观察白英对人卵巢癌A2780细胞的体外抑制作用。结果:白英能明显抑制体外培养的A2780细胞的生长,MTT法IC50为20.39mg/ml;细胞生长曲线法提示其对A2780细胞的生长也有明显的抑制作用;集落形成法,当药物浓度为14.81mg/ml、9.88mg/ml时,抑制率均为100%;当药物浓度为6.58mg/ml时,抑制率为41.86%。结论:白英对体外培养的A2780细胞有明显的抑制作用。Objective： To investigate the anti - tumor effects of duleamara in vitro. Methods ： A2780 cells were primari＇ly cultured and passed in vitro. The IC50, viable count and cell clone number was detected by MTT, growth curve method and colony formation method, respectively, and then the cell growth curve was delineated and inhibition ratio was calculated to evaluate the effects of the dulcamara on A2780 cells in vitro. Results： The IC50 was 20.39 mg/ml and the cell growth curve demonstrated that the proliferation of A2780 cells was remarkably inhibited compared with that in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The inhibition ratio was 41.86 % , 100% and 100 % when drug concentration was 6, 58,9.88 and 14.81 mg/ml, respectively. Conclusion ： Duleamara has obvious inhibitory effects on the proliferation of A2780 cultured in vitro.
