摘  要:伽利略系统(Galileo)是由欧洲独立研制开发的新一代全球卫星导航定位系统,该系统于2002年3月26日正式启动,是一个能够提供高精度的全球定位服务的完全民用系统。随着Galileo系统的建成、完全运行和GPS的现代化,人们用来导航、定位和授时的载波频率增加到7个。为了更好利用Galileo系统的4个频率的载波,有效地削弱电离层延迟等多种测量误差的影响,更快地确定整周模糊度,从而提高定位精度和可靠性,本文主要讨论了Galileo系统的观测值方程的表达式,非差组合观测值的定义、双差组合观测值的定义及相应的组合标准。Galileo system is a global, multi-mode satellite position and navigation system, which is developed and self-governed by Europe, and is completely civil controlled. And it was passed and started upin the conference of European Union communication minister on 26th, March 2002. The system can provide position service with high accuracy and high reliability. With the final-construc- tion, full operating of Galileo and modernized GPS, there will be seven frequencies for navigation, positioning and timing. In order to make better use of the Galileo system 4-frequency carriers, effectively reducing the error effect on positioning like ionosphere delay, determining the integar ambiguity faster, thus enhancing the positioning accuracy and reliability, this paper mainly discusses the observation equations, the definition of the non-difference combined observation, double-difference combined observation and the combined criterions.
