新农村建设背景下的村官职务犯罪研究

摘　　要：加强村官职务犯罪的防控,是保证村官职务行为的廉洁性,保证新农村建设顺利开展的迫切需要。村官职务犯罪可能涉及的全部罪名为:职务侵占罪、挪用资金罪、挪用特定款物罪、贪污罪、受贿罪、挪用公款罪、非国家工作人员受贿罪。整理并从法理上分析村官职务犯罪立法体系,有助于这一立法体系的完善,也有助于司法事务的开展。Strengthening the control and prevention of village officials＇duty crimes is an urgent need to ensure the village officials to be honest and clean in performing their duties and thus guarantee the smooth construction of new countryside. Job-related crimes of village officieial include ： crime of duty embezzlement, crime of funds misappropriation, crime of specific materials misappropriation, corruption, accepting bribes, crime of public funds misappropriation, non-state personnel accepting bribes. Collating and analyzing the legislation system of job-related crimes of village officials is helpful for perfecting its legislation system and beneficial for carrying out judicial affairs.
