摘 要:采用一种评价聚丙烯抗老化性能的氧化诱导测试新方法——前段以传统方法测定氧化诱导温度(Tind)的恒定速率升温-后段以传统方法测定氧化诱导时间(OIT)的温度恒温(即升温-恒温氧化诱导测试法),测定了添加不同含量抗氧剂Irganox B215的聚丙烯的抗氧化性能。这种氧化诱导测试法的特点:起始温度较低,以恒定速率升温至某一较高温度后恒温。实验结果表明,这种氧化诱导测试法简便易行,准确可靠,避免了容易引起误差的因素,能准确反映试样的热氧老化性能。用该方法测定的OIT能与用传统方法测定的OIT相互换算,可作为对高分子材料抗老化性能的初步测定的通用方法。A new oxidation induced test method was developed to measure the anti-oxidation property of polypropylene with different antioxidant Irganox B215 contents. In 1 st phase of the method temperature increases in constant rate as that in traditional oxidation induced temperature test method. In 2nd phase of the method temperature keeps constant as in oxidative induced time test. The new method is named as raising temperature-constant temperature oxidation induced test. This oxidation induced test features initiating at a lower temperature and then heating at a constant rate to a higher temperature, finally maintaining the temperature constant. This method is simple, accurate and reliable ,can avoid factors which may bring in errors and reflect thermal aging properties of samples more truly. The data from this method can be mutually converted with data of oxidation induced time determined by traditional method. The raising temperature-constant temperature oxidation induced test can be used as a general method for preliminarily evaluating anti-oxidation property of polymers.
