摘　　要：股份制是特定生产力发展阶段上的资本组织制度,它是一种中性的有效的企业组织制度。在某种程度上可以说,股份制缔造了资本主义的辉煌,但它不仅仅可以服务于资本主义。"股份制也可以服务于社会主义的认识"在中国经历了一个逐步深化的过程,也在实践中促进了我国社会主义工业化进程。Share-holding system is a specific stage of the development of productive forces on the capital＇s organizational system,a neutral and effective enterprise system.In a certain extent,it can be said that share-holding system has created capitalism＇s brilliance but it cannot only serve capitalism.＂The understanding of that joint-stock system can also serve socialism＂ in China has undergone a gradual deepening process,the understanding has also promoted China＇s socialist industrialization process in practice.
