摘　　要：金沟河流域有丰富的水电资源,建设山区水库有利于资源的充分开发利用。本文通过对金沟河红山水库建设项目水资源论证和环境影响分析,指出建设水库的合理性,其防洪效益、供水效益、发电等效益都非常可观。Gold River Basin has abundant hydropower resources,construction,mountain reservoir in favor of the full development and utilization of resources.Based on the Gold River Hongshan Reservoir construction projects of water resources and environmental impact analysis argues that the rationality of the construction of the reservoir,the flood control benefits, water efficiency,power generation and other benefits are very substantial.
