心理行为干预配合乳核散结片治疗乳腺增生症的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨心理行为干预配合乳核散结片治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。【方法】对120例中重度乳腺增生症患者随机分为：单纯心理行为干预组（A组）；单纯口服乳核散结片组（B组）；心理行为干预和口服乳核散结片联合组（C组），比较各组的临床疗效。【结果】A、B和C三组的总有效率分别为57．5％、60．0％和85．0％，三组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。【结论】心理行为干预和口服乳核散结片联合应用可以提高乳腺增生症疗效，为目前治疗乳腺增生症较为理想的配伍应用方案。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of psychological and behavioral inter vention combined with Ruheshanjie tablet in treating patients with cyclomastopathy. [Methods] A randomized trial was carried out in 120 cases with cyclomastopathy. All patients were divided into psychological and be havioral intervention group （group A）, Ruheshanjie tablet group （group B） and psychological and behavioral intervention combined with Ruheshanjie tablet group （group C）. [Results] The total effective rate was 57.5%, 60.0% and 85.0% in group A, B and C, respectively. There was significant difference among three groups（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Psychological and behavioral intervention combined with Ruheshanjie tablet has good therapeutic effect in treating patients with cyclomastopathy.
