阿托伐他汀联合丹香清脂颗粒治疗混合型高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨中药丹香清脂颗粒与阿托伐他汀钙联合应用对混合型高脂血症的疗效。【方法】60例混合型高脂血症患者随机分为A、B两组，A组联合服用丹香清脂颗粒与阿托伐他汀钙，B组仅服用阿托伐他汀钙。服药前及服药后30d检验空腹血清总胆固醇（CH0）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C），以及相关的肝脏转氨酶及磷酸肌酸酶。【结果】A、B两组均能明显降低血清CHO、LDL-C，组间无明显差异（P〉0．05）而对TG疗效A组明显优于B组（P〈0．001）。【结论】阿托伐他汀联合丹香清脂颗粒能安全有效地纠正混合型脂质紊乱。[Objective]To study the effect of Danxiangqingzbikeli and atorvastatin on combined hyperlipidemia familial. [Methods] Sixty patients with combined hyperlipidemia familial were divided into two groups. Thirty patients in group A were given Danxiangqingzhikeli 10g once after lunch and supper and atorvastatin 20mg once after supper. Thirty patients in group B were only given atorvastatin 20mg once after supper. The treatment courses in both two groups were 30 days. [Results]TC and LDL-C decreased in two groups. HDL-C had no changes in two groups and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05 ）. TG decreased in group A more than group B（P〈0.001）. There were no obvious side effects in two groups. [Conclusion] Danxiangqingzhikeli and atorvastatin together are safe and effective for treating combined hyperlipidemia familial.
