2型糖尿病脂代谢异常与冠心病的关系

摘　　要：【目的】探讨2型糖尿病脂代谢异常与并发冠心痛的关系。【方法】选择2型糖尿病84例，同期伴与不伴冠心病各42例。测患者血糖、血脂并进行分析。【结果】合并冠心病组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆回醇（LDL-C）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL-C）均显著高于无冠心病组（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）低于无冠心病组（P〈0．05）。【结论】2型糖尿病患者在控制血糖的同时．重视对血脂异常的治疗，对防止冠心病具有重要意义。[Objective]To explore the role of lipid metabolic disorder caused by type 2 diabetes m coronary heart disease. [Methods]The levels of blood glucose and lipid of the patients accompanied or not accompanied by coronary heart disease（CHD） with 43 cases for each were examined. [Results]In the non-CHD group, the levels of fast plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose, glycated haemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were all higher than those in the CHD group, but the level of the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was lower than that in the non-CHD group. [Conclusion]To prevent the CHD, not only the high level of the plasma glucose but also blood lipid should be treated seriously in type 2 diabetes.
