太子产宁促进产后子宫复旧的实验研究

摘　　要：本文旨在探讨太子产宁促进产妇子宫复旧的药物作用机理,分别观察了该药对分娩后1d小白鼠离休子宫,家兔在体子宫活动的影响,及其对人体离体子宫肌活动的作用。并对太子产宁对小白鼠凝血时间的影响,抗疲劳作用及失血性血虚小白鼠血细胞及血红蛋白的影响进行观察,并进行急性毒性实验。结果表明太子产宁可使动物及人体离体及在体妊娠子宫肌收缩频率加快,强度增加,肌张力上升;可明显缩短小白鼠出、凝血时间,明显延长小鼠游泳时间,有明显升高失血性血虚小鼠红细胞数及Hb含量的作用,急性毒性实验未见毒性。由此说明太子产宁确具缩复子宫、止血、补气、生血之功效,是促进产后复旧的一种有效药物。In order to approach the mechanism of Taizichanning' s promotion effect on puerperal involution of uterus, the influence of the liquor on the activities invivo and isolated uterus, and the effects on mice' s bleeding time and coagulation time, stress function, number of RBC and content of Hb in deficiency of blood were observed. The results showed that Taizichanning could make the contraction frequency of invivo and isolated uterus smooth muscle get fast, contractility get enhancement and uterus musculartension enhance, the liquor could make the mice' s bleeding and coagulation time shorter signiticantly and prolong mice' s swimming time and increase mice' s number of RBC and content of Hb. All these suggested Taizichanning was an effective medicine for promoting the puerperal involution of unterus.
