摘  要:为确保高颈法兰锻造成形和足够的变形量,采用锥度为10°的锥坯进行胎模锻造成形。利用Deform模拟,给出了锻件的应变场。模拟结果表明胎模圆角在0.06D~0.1D时锻件成形最好;摩擦系数对成形的影响显著,锤头与锻件之间要做到良好润滑。本文的模拟结果对承载能力为2500磅级的法兰均适用。In order to ensure the hubbed flange die forging process and acquire enough effective strain, a cone billet with 10° has been used for the die forging process. The strain field of the flange during the forging process has been gained by using the Deform simulation. The stimulation result indicates that the effect of forging forming process is best when the fillet radius of die is between 0.06D and 0.1 D, furthermore, the influence of friction factor on the forming is remarkable, so it should be well lubricated between the ram and the forgings. The results can be widely used for the flanges of the capacity grade of 2500 pounds.
