摘　　要：利用SYBASE的PowerBuilder10和EAServer,可以方便地开发出基于三层模式的应用。通过对网上农业信息管理系统课题的开发,研究了如何建立一个在客户端通过EAServer访问数据库的三层体系的应用。结果表明:应用于网上农业信息管理系统的数据库开发中,提高了数据库的稳定性和安全性,取得了很好的效果。这对通用信息管理系统的开发有较强的参考价值。By using PB10 and EAServer,we can develop applications of B/S conveniently. Through the development of on-line MIS for agricultural affairs, it researches how to build a application of B/S in which client that can access database through EAServer. The result shows： it can be applied to the database development of on-line MIS for agricultural affairs, improve the stability and security of the database and make very good result. This has the stronger reference value to the development of general MIS.
