摘　　要：通过对单体液压支柱拆柱机的滑车部位、液压夹头部位、调整卡盘装置、液压系统部分工作中作用的分析,找出了存在的问题并提出了相应的改进措施,达到了维护简便、降低成本、降低生产事故率、降低工人劳动强度的目的。Pass to press to the single body fluid a pulley for the pillar dismantles the pillar machine part,liquid press to clip the head an analysis for,adjusting card dish equiping,liquid pressing system parts of works inside function,finding out the existent problem and put forward the homologous improvement measure,come to a the maintenance simple,decline low cost,lower the production trouble rate,lower the purpose that worker labor strength.
