摘  要:用水热法,以乙醇-水混合溶剂作为介质,在较低的温度(350℃)和压力下(10 MPa),制备了YAG:Ce纳米发光粉体.利用激发光谱、发射光谱、X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对其光学特性和形貌进行了研究.结果表明,随着稀土离子Ce3+掺杂量的增加,材料的发光强度先升高后降低,当Ce3+掺杂的摩尔分数为5%时,发光强度达到最大.生成物为纯YAG相粉体,其粒径分布均匀,呈球形,颗粒大小为100 nm左右.Polycrystallline nano-sized powder of yuttrium aluminium garnet were synthesized by hydrothermal method in ethanol-water mixed solvent at a lower temperature of 350℃ with pressure of 10 MPa. Optical characteristics and morphology of YAG:Ce were probed by excitation spectra, emission spectra, Xray diffraction and TEM. These results showed the luminescence intensity were enhancing first and then reducing as adulterate quantity of rare earth ions Ce3+ increasing, and the strongest were obtained when the mole fraction of Ce3+ is 5 %. The globosity samples were pure YAG phase powder and the granularity was about 100 nm.
