内地创业板市场与周边及海外部分第二板市场比较研究

摘　　要：在内地创业板市场已日趋成熟正择机推出的背景下,本文就政府已出台的相关上市政策法规与周边及海外部分第二板市场进行比较分析,从准入条件、保荐人制度、信息披露、风险防范及特有的退出机制方面得到有益启示,并提出切实可行的政策性建议。Under the background of ever-increasing maturity and being fetched for Chinese GEM, the paper gives a comparative analysis between Chinese listing policy and code and the part of cireumjaeent ＆ overseas second-board, gaining beneficial apocalypses from admittance qualification, guarantee system, information disclosure, risk control and special exit mechanism, and then proposes suitable suggestions for the authority.
